Using CouchBase real-time database technology we have developed a corporate messaging platform that allows any brand to have its own private and customizable system, without the need to use external platforms.
The web project was developed on PHP, using a proprietary framework based on CodeIgniter, programmed in HTML5 and CSS3. In order to establish the connection between devices, we used CouchBase and SyncGateway as a database. The website has been conceived as a backend system so that the client can manage its brands, define the links that will appear in the mobile application, and process the queues for both message sending and PUSH services.
From this backend the brand administrator can talk to users through a chat panel. This interaction with users can be carried out in a direct and personal way; either through a chat-bot service or a hybrid between both formats.
Digio delivered an advanced messaging application enabling interaction between users, brands, and institutions.
The chatbot system has been developed thanks to the integration with the Bot Framework library with NODEJS that allows to translate the messages generated into Microsoft technology.
As for the mobile application, it was coded over Objetive-C languages in iOS and on Java for Android, having also used CouchBase real-time database technology. In addition, we have established a push notification system based on PushWoosh that allows users to always be informed of new developments in their conversations.
Our integrated instant messaging solution allows brands to unify their messaging strategy and services, managing push, sms and promotions from a single location.
Thanks to conversational bots, brands can provide users with immediate responses at any point in time, improving conversion and the overall brand experience. We also offer the possibility to combine people with robots in order to provide a more personalized customer service when required.
